Surveillance continues. Lilius travels to Thailand on false passport to conceil his real identity. The so called “undercover agent” meets with Kim in Thailand. Thai police officers monitor Kim and Lilius as they purchase lab equipment in Bangkok. Police make no effort to determine id of Lilius.

Surveillance continues but nothing to report.

Surveillance of Kim begins. The US DEA in Thailand is told that Kim Roger Eriksson has contacted an “undercover agent” i.e. Lilius, asking for help to manufacture Ice.  Surveillance gives nothing.

Lilius contacts inspector Cecilia Fant at Rikskriminalpolisen (National Bureau of Investigation - NBI). They meet and have subsequent meetings on a monthly basis. In parallell Lilius once again approaches Kim with a plan to synthesize steroids.
